Payment Terms / Policy

• A booking is confirmed after payment of a 30% advance amount.
• 50% of the total payment must be made on the event day.
• The remaining balance is payable after completion of the project and before final delivery of photographs and films.
• In case of cancellation by the client, 10% of the advance amount may be refunded, subject to prior agreement.
• Event dates can be rescheduled based on availability and mutual discussion.
• Travel, accommodation and any additional expenses, if applicable, will be borne by the client.
• Extra hours, additional shoots or services outside the selected package may involve extra charges.
• Final photos and films will be delivered according to the agreed package and timeline.
